The assignment

For its 60th anniversary, Randstad, a global leader in HR services, had a clear ambition: to build a single online experience that could unite every employee around the world. The challenge was to create a platform that would seamlessly connect a diverse workforce, working across various time zones and cultures, in a shared celebration.

Our vision

Creative agency OVAL created the ‘Legendary Above & Beyond Show' for Randstad and asked us to help bring it to life. During this 45-minute interactive online show we wanted to show stories of how Randstad and its employees go the extra mile. Not only for clients and candidates, but also for each other. We co-created a dynamic and engaging show filled with mixed media formats that were meticulously designed to keep employees hooked. All tied together through a vivid motion graphics identity.

The result

The technical production was defined by its complexity and scale. We built a live studio environment that was seamlessly integrated with a virtual 3D world. The show's content was diverse, ranging from mini-documentaries and personal stories to live interviews and a poetry slam. To reach the global audience effectively, the show was broadcast live seven times, with each version tailored to a specific region. Engaging over 35.000 global employees.
