Weill Cornell Medicine, the first medical school in Qatar, is dedicated to advancing medical knowledge. Its progressive approach of connecting global perspectives and bringing in American education and research plays a crucial role in creating the best possible community healthcare. Weill Cornell Medicine wanted to highlight this commitment and the school’s legacy through inspiring storytelling.

To capture the institution's mindset and legacy, we decided to focus on the people at its heart. We wanted to uncover the deeper motivations of students who spend every day working to improve their patients’ lives. By delving into their experiences, we wove together their personal and professional stories, showing how Weill Cornell Medicine has not only prepared them for their careers but has also left an indelible mark on their lives.

These personal stories of dedication required a creative approach that felt personal and optimistic. We chose a cinematic documentary style to bring viewers closer to the students' drive. Our small, three-person crew worked flexibly and efficiently, embedding ourselves in their environments to capture honest reflections and authentic moments. All while giving each person the personal attention their story deserved.
